How does Liquid Cooled Energy Storage Integrated Machine work?

In the working process, the lithium battery system, battery management system, energy storage monitoring and other systems will generate a lot of heat due to current changes. Liquid cooled energy storage system is a liquid circulation to cool the battery system, its core component is the radiator, the liquid circulation is realized by the pump, the temperature sensor is used to monitor the temperature of the battery, the control system by monitoring the temperature sensor signal to control the speed and flow of liquid circulation, in order to achieve the heat dissipation effect.

What are the functions of the Liquid Cooled Energy Storage Integrated Machine?

The energy storage system supports two operating modes: on-grid and off-grid.

1.Grid-connected mode The AC side of the energy storage system is connected to the power grid, and the DC side is connected to the battery pack. It can be applied to power expansion, optical storage and charging, and peak cutting and valley filling. According to the selected operation mode, the lithium battery can be charged and discharged at constant voltage, constant current and constant power.

2.Off-grid mode energy storage system can output three-phase AC voltage with fixed frequency and effective value in the case of power grid. With the transformer, continuous power supply to AC side load can be realized. In the case of STS, it can achieve seamless switching and off-network.
