Form of a dry-type transformer

⒈open type: is a commonly used form, its body and direct contact with the atmosphere, adapted to the relatively dry and clean indoor, (when the ambient temperature of 20 degrees, the relative humidity should not exceed 85%), generally have air self-cooling and air cooling two cooling methods. 

⒉closed type: the device is in the closed shell, and does not directly contact with the atmosphere (due to poor sealing, heat dissipation conditions, mainly used for mining, belongs to the explosion-proof type). 

⒊pouring type: with epoxy resin or other resin pouring as the main insulation, it is simple structure, small size, suitable for a small capacity of the transformer.

Working environment of the dry-type transformer

1.0-40 (℃), relative humidity <70%; 

2. Altitude: no more than 2,500 meters; 

3. Avoid rain, moisture, high temperature, high heat or direct sunshine. The distance between the cooling and ventilation hole and the surrounding objects should not be less than 40cm; 

4. Prevent work in corrosive liquids, or gas, dust, conductive fibers or metal chips more places; 

5. Prevent people from working in places of vibration or electromagnetic interference; 

6. Avoid long-term inverted storage and transportation, without strong impact.

Wiring mode of dry-type transformer

1.The "input" and "output" terminals of the short connection transformer test the insulation resistance from the ground wire with a meu meter. At 1000V me-ohms, the resistance is greater than 2M ohms. 

2.Section wiring of transformer input and output power lines shall meet the requirements of current value; configured according to 2-2.5A/min2 current density. 

3.The input and output three-phase power line shall be connected to phase A, phase B and phase C respectively according to the color of the transformer wiring board bus. The zero line shall be connected to the neutral zero line of the transformer compressor, grounding wire, transformer shell and transformer center points. Usually we say that the ground lines and zero lines are drawn from the neutral point of the transformer.(If the transformer chassis shall be connected to the ground wire mark of the box). Check the input and output lines to be correct. 

4.No-load power-up first, observe and test the input and output voltage to meet the requirements. At the same time, observe whether there are abnormal sound, fire, odor and other abnormal phenomena inside the machine. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, please immediately disconnect the input power supply. 

5. The load can be connected only after the no-load test is completed and normal.
