Dry-type Transformer

Dry transformer is widely used in local lighting, high-rise buildings, airports, wharf CNC machinery and equipment and other places, simply say dry transformer refers to the core and winding is not impregnated in the insulation oil transformer.

The cooling mode is divided into natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF).In natural air cooling, the transformer can operate continuously for a long time at the rated capacity.When forced air cooling, the output capacity of the transformer can be increased by 50%.It is suitable for intermittent overload operation or emergency overload operation; due to the increasing load loss and impedance voltage, it should not be in long continuous overload operation.

Because the dry-type transformer has strong short-circuit resistance, small maintenance workload, high operation efficiency, small volume, low noise advantages, often used in fire prevention, explosion-proof and other places with high performance requirements.

The iron core adopts high-quality cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet, and the iron core silicon steel sheet adopts 45 degree full inclined joint, so that the magnetic flux passes through the joint direction of the silicon steel sheet joint.

High-pressure winding generally adopts multi-layer cylinder type or multi-layer segmented type structure.
